2013
Start of the stationary battery Energy Storage System development.
Canadian Energy, one of Eneon’s founding partners, opens a brand-new test and R&D facility in Markham, ON.
2014
Launch of the Containerized Universal Battery (CUB) 1.0.
The first iteration. Developed for on and off-grid applications.
2016
Introduction of the Containerized Universal Battery (CUB) 2.0.
CUB 2.0 now includes a low voltage lithium-ion system.
2017
Release of the Containerized Universal Battery (CUB) 3.0.
The new Containerized Universal Battery now features a high voltage lithium-ion system.
2018
A new partnership is formed.
The partnership focuses on scaling the development of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems. Tundra Process Solutions becomes the second founding partner. The first joint project between Canadian Energy and Tundra Process Solutions in now underway.
2020
Eneon ES Inc. officially launches in North America.
2021
Eneon introduces the Flexblock product line.
